Parkershots is a modern and distinctive wedding photography company, based in Tunbridge Wells, and working mainly with clients across Kent, Sussex, and London. It is owned and operated by Nick Parker, and all the pictures featured on the website were taken by him alone.
Being married, I understand the stress and enjoyment of organising a wedding day, and try to tailor my service as much as possible to making things easier for my clients. Whether this is through the consultations I provide, how I structure my packages, or the service I deliver.
I provide a photography style that is a mix of photojournalism and fine art portraiture. I believe wedding photography should tell the story of the day, capturing the emotion and people in a candid way. At the same time, I feel that people love a portrait that is posed correctly, lit properly, and composed classically. My take on this, is to often position the bride and groom in the correct fashion, but to help them relax and engage with each other giving a modern take on a classical pose.
