Preview: Holly & Josh’s Wedding Photography at Chafford Park

Holly & Josh's wedding at Chafford Park brought a little taste of America to the Kent countryside, with a brilliant country theme inspired by their travels together in the USA.

The theme started with what everyone was wearing. Holly paired her wedding dress with cowboy boots, while Josh and the guys wore bolo ties, and there were plenty of cowboy hats around throughout the day. Even the welcome sign greeted everyone with a very appropriate "Welcome y'all".

Holly arrived at Chafford Park with her dad in a beautiful Lincoln Premiere, another perfect addition to the American theme and a car we made sure to include in a few photographs later in the day.

Their ceremony took place in the barn at Chafford Park before Holly & Josh made their way outside through a shower of confetti.

The American theme really came to life during the drinks reception. The Midnight Fiddle provided live country music, guests competed over games of cornhole, and drinks were served with the help of a champagne donkey!

The wedding breakfast continued the theme with an American BBQ, followed by another surprise for the guests when the Singing Police arrived. What initially appeared to be two police officers interrupting proceedings soon turned into a performance that had everyone joining in.

The country influence continued into the evening with line dancing before Holly & Josh took to the dancefloor for their first dance. And just when you might have thought the entertainment couldn't become any more varied, a David Brent impersonator arrived later in the evening!

From cowboy boots and bolo ties to the Lincoln Premiere, country music, cornhole, American BBQ and a champagne donkey, Holly & Josh managed to bring a little bit of their American travels back to Kent and make it very much their own.
