Preview: Amber & Tom’s Wedding Photography at Wadhurst Castle.

In their own words, Amber & Tom has planned a very classic soft beautiful wedding. Their love for the outdoors meant the extensive grounds and incredible views of Wadhurst Castle was the perfect choice for their special day. And, to fully utilise the view here, they chose the south lawn for their ceremony.

On the wedding morning, Amber got ready upstairs with her two sisters (bridesmaids), her mother, and two flower girls. Amber's mum had the honour of walking her down the aisle, and then her father shook Tom's hand in blessing of their union. There were readings from Amber's bridesmaids / sisters, and Tom's mum, and Gwen playing the harp before and after.

After the ceremony, Amber and Tom had a lovely private walk around the grounds before rejoining their guests on the south lawn via the Winter Garden. They then enjoyed drinks and canapes, continuing to enjoy the view from there.

Their wedding breakfast began with an amuse bouche, before there were speeches from the bridesmaids, the best man, the bride, and the groom.

In the evening, I took Amber & Tom around some of my favourite locations for portraits in the gorgeous golden hour light. During this time, Amber told me her wish to do a photo of her twirling the dress, and I knew just the location for it - the Walled Garden. Amber's dress had an amazing train to it, and Amber twirled around effortlessly looking absolutely spectacular. I knew straight away that this would be the perfect preview photo.

We then rejoined the guests for the cake cutting and then the first dance which was "Can't help falling in love" performed by their live band 'The Rustiques.'
